Our usual custom after taking the youth to the Carolina House nursing home is to hang out and go to dinner together. On this Sunday, Mei was the only youth to stay afterward, but we did get to eat dinner with Karen, Jason, and their mom Shu-yao; and Serena, too. It was fun to hang out with Karen for a bit; despite what she says, I think she'll fit in well in the youth group when she moves up in a year or two.
